    Kenneth Smith

    Ken serves as the Executive Director of Cornerstone Associates. He is passionate about the mission and building innovative programs that best serve the needs of the associates he serves.

    Bruce Burris 

    Bruce is a strong advocate for the arts as a means of expression and meaning for all people. He is the Director of Living Studios and has helped build a successful program that is changing lives.

    Our Board of Directors is passionate about helping improve the lives of our associates. They are united in supporting those with barriers to employment to not only lift our associates but also enrich the communities we live in.

     

    Becky Dilley

    Board President

    Becky has been a Board Member since 2011 and serves on the Executive Committee and Program Services Committee. She is employed at Samaritan Health Services.

    Stan Selfridge

    Treasurer

    Stan has been on the Board of Directors since 2021 and serves on the Finance Committee. Stan retired having worked many years in accounting and business management.

    Susan Zaremba

    Secretary

    Susie has been on the Board since 2014 and serves on the Executive and Program Committees. Susie is a retired physical therapist.

    Peter Ball

    Board Member

    Peter has been on the Board of Directors since 1983 and serves on the Finance Committee. Peter is a retired Insurance Broker.

    Gail Eby

    Board Member

    Gail joined the Board in 2023 and serves on the program committee. She is a retired professional and parent advocate.

    Debra Hammond

    Board Member

    Debbie has been on the Board of Directors since 2021 and serves on the Resource Development Committee. Debra works in the public school system supporting middle school children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    John Mentler

    Board Member

    John joined the Board in 2011 and serves on the Finance and Executive Committees. John is an instructor in the College of Business at Oregon State University.
